We accept returns on baby skin care products under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Return Authorization: Before returning a product, you must contact our customer support team at care@babynu.in or 9818829880 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

2. Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 1 business days.
• Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the rejection and return the product to you. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Return Shipping:

You are responsible for shipping the returned product to us. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that the returned item reaches us safely. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 1 day of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. You may choose to receive a replacement product or a full refund.
